OPERATION CONTROL STANDARDS
Tom Katz operates on the principle of performance-first integrity. Breach of these standards results in immediate extraction from the crew and disqualification from all future engagements.*INTEGRITY OF PERFORMANCE:
We do not compromise on technical quality. Whether it is a rehearsal or a live performance you are expected to perform at 100% capacity.* SUBSTANCE DISCIPLINE:
Tom Katz Production maintains a strictly clear-headed operational environment. Consumption of illegal drugs, cannabis, or alcohol during rehearsals, pre-show, or on-duty hours is grounds for IMMEDIATE termination.* OPERATIONAL READINESS:
If you are called to the hanger, you are expected to arrive on time and prepared. Punctuality is the primary indicator of respect for your fellow crew members.* SOCIAL CONDUCT:
Your digital footprint and in-person interactions represents the production. Conduct that is derogatory, unprofessional, or harmful to the Tom Katz brand identity will be met with ZERO tolerance.* CODE OF CONFIDENTIALITY:
Internal production assets, training, techniques, choreography, and upcoming performance details are strictly confidential. Sharing proprietary information with ANY outside parties would be a direct violation of your contractual status.
