THE MISSION
We are searching for 13 absolute elite male dancers for a new era of touring dance performance.You must be 18 to 25 years of age.
Tom Katz Productions is the Next Evolution of Touring Dance. Securing a spot on the TK-74 Tour requires surviving a multi-stage elimination protocol:PHASE I: The Top 18
From all global submissions, up to 18 recruits will be selected for an intense, performance-based interview.PHASE II: The Final 13 Draft
Following physical interviews, 13 dancers will be drafted into the official 8-week televised/streamed live competition.PHASE III: The 8-Week Gauntlet
Over 8 weeks, the 13 drafted recruits will face rigorous drills, intense training protocols, and weekly elimination cycles. Survival is determined by a combined matrix of weekly point-based technical evaluations conducted by the TK-74 Command staff and live fan-based voting. Only the top 4 dancers will remain standing.THE DEPLOYMENTThe remaining top 4 performers will be cast as the Official Tk-74 Squadron, and each awarded a full 14-month deployment dance contract.This is a high-stakes, cinematic competition. Only the elite will survive the cut. Do you have what it takes?
OPERATION CONTROL STANDARDS
Tom Katz operates on the principle of performance-first integrity.
Breach of these standards will result in immediate extraction from the crew and disqualification from all future engagements.INTEGRITY OF PERFORMANCEWe do not compromise on technical quality. Whether it is a rehearsal or a live performance you are expected to perform at 100% capacity.SUBSTANCE DISCIPLINETom Katz Production maintains a strictly clear-headed operational environment. Consumption of illegal drugs, cannabis, or alcohol during rehearsals, pre-show, or on-duty hours is grounds for IMMEDIATE termination.OPERATIONAL READINESSIf you are called to the hanger, you are expected to arrive on time and prepared. Punctuality is the primary indicator of respect for your fellow crew members.SOCIAL CONDUCTYour digital footprint and in-person interactions represents the production. Conduct that is derogatory, unprofessional, or harmful to the Tom Katz brand identity will be met with ZERO tolerance.CODE OF CONFIDENTIALITYInternal production assets, training, techniques, choreography, and upcoming performance details are strictly confidential. Sharing proprietary information with ANY outside parties would be a direct violation of your contractual status.
COMPENSATION & CONTRACT DEPLOYMENT
The TK-74 Tour operates on a 14-month contract cycle. We expect elite performance from the final 4 man squad, and our compensation packages reflect that standard.* The Base: Highly competitive base contract rate, commensurate with technical ability and specific role assignment.*The Logistics: Full top-tier luxury operational travel, elite security protection, daily per diems, and quality hotel accommodations while on tour throughout the 14-month contract period.The Bonus:
Substantial performance incentives, end-of-tour completion bonuses, and a direct merchandise revenue split on all retail apparel featuring your specific likeness or call sign.
